About the edition "Vinter"
The cold holds a grip over the north and the days are short and dark. The colour palette is reduced to blue skies and white snow. At some places the dead grass from last year stands frozen in ochre and fox red. Of course it has had a huge influence on me and my work, as you can see in this latest edition "Vinter".
Thor's comment: " This was one of the designs I brought back from Japan. I don't know why this oval with a broad lip is so appealing to me. It is very un-Thor. The tree design has got scales on this version. "
