Hand Made Bonsai Pots

About the edition "Miniature Signature"

I always make small versions of new designs and glazes to document my work. In August, Alex EBPC Rudd took a look at some of these and immediately wanted a set of my signature pots. These he had with him at the autumn shows and events and orders began to flow to me. The Skull pot, Nidhögg, Four Kings Corner and Crackled Turquoise where made in mame versions. So the plans were changed and I decided to make two collection boxes in only one copy, with different themes, and release them together with individual pots in the October edition 2017. For me, it became very fitting, as a summary of several years of work, before I'm in November going to Tokoname to work for a month. I know that this will affect my work fundamentally. A second beginning. Thor is dead, long live Thor.

Thors comment: " Deep under the soil, among the roots of the world tree Yggdrasil  the dragon snake Nidhögg rests and guards its roots. The design is as primitiv as the old carvings you find on the rocks and the runstones around the old nordic settlements and villages.”
